Provide comprehensive administrative support for large-scale construction projects and project teams.
Full Description:
We are seeking a highly organized administrator to support our team on a large-scale construction project. The role will provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting (contracts, RFIs, permits, change orders, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams, including scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Assist with compliance, safety, and audit documentation
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and support budget tracking
  • Act as the central contact point for communication between site staff, contractors, and the office

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years administrative experience, preferably in construction or engineering
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of construction software a plus
