We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations on a major construction project. The role will ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and workforce
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications
- Monitor progress against schedule, report on site performance, and resolve on-site issues
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain standards
- Support the Project Manager in delivering milestones and managing resources
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and site procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant trade or construction management qualification (preferred)
